Welcome to Fifteen21. By downloading or using the app, you agree to the following Terms of Service. This agreement is designed in accordance with Apple's App Store Review Guidelines, especially regarding user safety and moderation of user-generated content.

1. User-Generated Content Policy

Fifteen21 allows users to create and share short videos with friends and, in some cases, with a wider audience. To protect users and ensure a safe environment, the app incorporates:

• Content moderation system to filter and flag objectionable material
• Report function for users to flag inappropriate or abusive content
• Blocking functionality to avoid interaction with abusive users
• Active moderation which may result in account suspension or content removal

Users are solely responsible for the content they upload. Violations of these guidelines may result in content removal or account suspension.

2. Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content

Fifteen21 has a zero-tolerance policy for harmful content or behavior, including:

• Defamatory, discriminatory, harassing, or bullying material
• Violent, graphic, or abusive imagery
• Promotion of self-harm, suicide, or dangerous behavior
• Illegal activities or reckless use of weapons
• Sexually explicit or pornographic content
• Hate speech or inflammatory commentary
• Misleading, false, or prank features
• Exploitation of tragic or violent events
• Harmful targeting of individuals, groups, or organizations

Any violation may lead to immediate content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban without notice.

3. Globally Shared Content

"Globally Shared Content" refers to any content you choose to share publicly within Fifteen21. By posting Globally Shared Content, you grant Fifteen21 a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to:

• Use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content
• Make your Globally Shared Content available globally and allow others to do the same
• Provide, promote, and improve our Services and share this content with other companies, organizations, or individuals for syndication, broadcast, distribution, promotion, or publication on other media and services

This license is granted without additional compensation, as your ability to use Fifteen21 constitutes sufficient consideration for this permission.

4. Age and Content Suitability

Fifteen21 is rated 4+ and is designed to provide a safe, age-appropriate experience. Content deemed unsuitable for this rating will be promptly removed.

5. Safety and Responsibility

Users must not post or engage in any activity that risks physical harm, emotional distress, or dangerous imitation.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms, with or without prior notice.
